These Terms of Service describe the terms that apply to the services, website, customer communications, invoicing processes, and internal software tools used by A Plus Technologies Inc.

Business Services
A Plus Technologies Inc. provides technology services that may include structured cabling, network troubleshooting, camera systems, low-voltage work, rack and stack services, equipment installation, site surveys, consulting, and related technology support services.
Scope of Work
Service work is performed based on the approved work order, estimate, statement of work, service request, or other written agreement between A Plus Technologies Inc. and the customer.
Any work outside the original scope may require additional approval and may result in additional charges.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.
Final pricing may change if:
- The scope of work changes
- Site conditions are different than expected
- Additional labor is required
- Additional materials are needed
- Customer-requested changes are made
- Outdoor, weatherproof, lift, access, or specialty components are required
- Delays occur outside the control of A Plus Technologies Inc.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, materials listed in estimates are estimates and may vary based on final site conditions, availability, and installation requirements.
Scheduling and Site Access
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work site, equipment, network closets, utility rooms, devices, cabling pathways, and any other areas required to complete the requested work.
Delays caused by lack of access, missing credentials, unavailable contacts, site restrictions, or incomplete information may result in additional charges.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate service information
- Providing access to required areas
- Supplying needed credentials, passwords, or authorization when required
- Backing up important data before service work when applicable
- Approving changes to the scope of work
- Reviewing completed work and reporting concerns in a timely manner
Invoices and Payment
A Plus Technologies Inc. may issue invoices for labor, travel, materials, equipment, subcontracted work, and other approved charges.
Payment terms will be stated on the invoice, estimate, work order, or written agreement.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services, collection activity, or additional fees where permitted by law.
Internal QuickBooks Connector
A Plus Technologies Inc. may use internal software tools to connect approved company workflow data with QuickBooks Online for invoicing, accounting, and related business operations.
This internal QuickBooks connector is used only by authorized representatives of A Plus Technologies Inc.
The connector may process job details, customer information, invoice details, service descriptions, amounts, and related accounting information.
The connector is not offered as a public software product or consumer application.
QuickBooks and Intuit Services
Information processed through QuickBooks Online and related Intuit services is subject to Intuit’s applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.
A Plus Technologies Inc. is not responsible for service interruptions, errors, outages, security changes, or policy changes caused by third-party software providers, including Intuit or QuickBooks Online.
Third-Party Services and Equipment
A Plus Technologies Inc. may work with third-party platforms, software, equipment, vendors, manufacturers, internet service providers, and customer-provided systems.
A Plus Technologies Inc. is not responsible for failures, outages, defects, licensing issues, service limitations, or policy changes caused by third-party providers, equipment manufacturers, software vendors, or internet service providers.
No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service
Technology systems may be affected by power issues, internet outages, software updates, equipment failure, configuration changes, environmental conditions, customer-side changes, or third-party service interruptions.
A Plus Technologies Inc. will make reasonable efforts to provide professional service but does not guarantee that any system, network, device, camera, software platform, or connection will operate without interruption.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Plus Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of use.
A Plus Technologies Inc.’s total liability for any claim related to services provided will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Warranty Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated in writing, services are provided on an “as available” and “as performed” basis.
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the applicable manufacturer and not by A Plus Technologies Inc.
A Plus Technologies Inc. does not guarantee manufacturer warranty coverage, third-party software performance, internet service availability, or compatibility with future system changes.
Subcontractors and Assistants
A Plus Technologies Inc. may use subcontractors, assistants, or approved technicians to complete work when appropriate.
All work remains subject to the approved scope, estimate, work order, or written agreement.
Cancellations and Delays
Cancellations, reschedules, or delays may result in charges when labor, travel, scheduling time, or preparation has already occurred.
Specific cancellation terms may be stated in the applicable estimate, work order, platform agreement, or written communication.
Intellectual Property
Business documents, templates, internal workflows, automation tools, software configurations, and internal processes created by A Plus Technologies Inc. remain the property of A Plus Technologies Inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to These Terms
